REFUND POLICY

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (it does not include returns);  it needs to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

14 Days Guarantee:

Thank you for shopping . Online purchases (except lingerie, swimwear,bags&accessories, and final sale) made through can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the delivered date.

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

All return/exchanged items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. The return shipping cost for the returned packages is non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Process:

Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives a to request the exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Step 3: You will receive a refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange. FYI: It will take a longer time (maybe 1 to 2 weeks depending on which CC company is) to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is the credit card.

Important Notice:
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.
2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 180 days after your order was first placed.
